Managing Myopia Guidlines Infographic
Built from the ground up from continued feedback with eye care practitioners and industry advisers, these myopia management guidelines are an engaging infographic that help simplify myopia management in practice.
Description
The first side, entitled ‘Myopia Management in Practice’, is a reference guide for eye care professionals. This side guides you through myopia risk factors, prescribing decision trees, follow up schedules and gauging long term success of your myopia management strategy.
The second side, entitled ‘Protecting Children from Myopia’, is parent-facing and designed to help you communicate your myopia management message including tiles on environmental advice; explaining efficacy of myopia management options, contact lens safety and benefits for children, and why myopia management is important.
To support your in-practice communication, these messages can be further enhanced by giving your patient’s parent / guardian the brochure and advice card, which are also available for download.

This is to reflect practice of many primary eye care practitioners where atropine may not be an option for them to discuss with patients. Note that atropine is still included in ‘Myopia Management in Practice’ as a practitioner information reference.
To ensure a long lifespan and for best results this infographic should be printed onto 350gms Gloss Artboard with matt lamination.
